Your Rehab Physio
Expert physiotherapy for athletes who take their training seriously.
Specialising in field, endurance, and strength athletes through clinic-based and hybrid rehab
models.
We don’t just treat pain — we fix the reason it happened.
Rehab at Your Rehab Physio is designed for athletes who want to keep training, not sit on the sidelines. Each assessment and rehab plan looks beyond symptoms to identify the underlying movement, strength, or load-related factors contributing to injury.
By addressing deficits in mobility, strength, power, and coordination, we reduce re-injury risk and improve your capacity to tolerate the demands of your sport — helping you return stronger and more resilient than before.
When you understand the training, load, or movement factors driving your pain, you stop relying on quick fixes and start making meaningful progress. Rehab works best when athletes take ownership — applying the right strategies consistently to build durability and return to raining stronger.
As with training, rehabilitation rewards consistency and intent. The more you engage with the process, the better your outcomes — not just in resolving the current issue, but in building long-term resilience and performance.
Understand your injury. Own your rehab.

What can you expect from us?
A performance-led assessment
Your injury is assessed in the context of how you train and compete. This includes a detailed subjective history alongside objective measures such as range of motion, strength, and capacity testing.
Clear answers, not vague explanations
You’ll receive a clear explanation of what’s driving your pain or injury, whether that’s related to tissue capacity, training load, movement strategy, or sport-specific demands.
A structured rehabilitation programme
Your rehab plan is designed to address the specific demands of your sport — rebuilding strength, power, control, and tolerance so you can train with confidence, not caution.
A defined return-to-sport pathway
You’ll be guided through a clear progression from rehab back to full training and competition, with objective markers that show when you’re ready to progress.
Ongoing support through exercise video content
You’ll have access to high-quality exercise videos to reinforce correct technique and movement patterns, ensuring rehab standards remain high between sessions — whether you’re training in the gym, at home, or remotely.

Meet Niamh
Niamh’s background is in high-performance sport, with over 12 years spent working across the British Olympic Association, the English Institute of Sport, and Sport Northern Ireland.
She has supported athletes at the highest level, attending the Youth Olympic Games, European Games, and the Rio Olympic Games as part of Team Ireland, alongside multiple World Cups, World Championships, and European Championships across athletics, hockey, swimming, and sailing.
For the past five years, Niamh has applied this experience in private practice, working primarily with field, endurance, and strength athletes, including hockey, GAA, swimming, golf, weightlifting, athletics, and endurance sports.
With qualifications in both Sports Rehabilitation and Physiotherapy, her approach bridges performance training and injury management — creating a rehab environment built around strength, load management, and return-to-sport readiness, rather than short-term symptom relief.

I have been coming to see Niamh for many years now and I say you will struggle to find a better physiotherapist.
From her professionalism and knowledge with injuries down to her wit and humour I feel comfortable all the times that I’m getting the best treatment and care for my injuries.
As an Olympic athlete there is no one else I would go to honestly. Niamh will always push to get me back as quick as possible but also better than I maybe was before….I know my money is well spent. Â
The rehab exercises given are detailed and her communication throughout appointments and aftercare is second to none. Trust me you will struggle to find a better physio and I went to many before Niamh. 5 stars in my eyes

Niamh’s help got me back to running and competing again after a recurring and chronic achilles injury had made everyday life, never mind running, uncomfortable. Firstly, she took time to thoroughly understand all factors that may affect/contribute to the injury, talking through the rationale of my habits and allowing these all to be laid out, critically reviewed and understood. Following this, Niamh set small, short-term and manageable goals towards the target of being injury free, talking through with me the reasoning behind rehab exercises and continually reviewing effectiveness of these. This allowed me to understand the injury and my own body better during the rehab process, encouraging me to sustainably manage the pathway out of the injury myself.Â

Top class physical therapy paired with coaching a sensible and sustainable mindset in athlete’s own body management. Could not recommend highly enough.

Niamh is excellent at identifying and addressing injuries and niggles, and also helping patients understand what is wrong and why these injuries occur. She always gives practical steps on what can be done to address the underlying issue and leaves patients feeling much more in control over their conditions. I first started seeing Niamh due to severe ITB issues meaning I couldn’t run 2km without being in pain. Since then Niamh has helped me work through several injuries and niggles, and been fundamental in helping me achieve my goal of completing an Ironman triathlon. I couldn’t recommend Niamh highly enough!

I am very fortunate to have worked with Niamh for over 10 years. Having worked closely with her within the elite sports setting with Ireland Men’s Hockey, I have learned from world class expertise in rehabilitation. Her ability to brainstorm difficult and complex situations whilst putting athletes first makes her one of the best in the business. I highly recommend Niamh for any of your physio issues.

As an elite athlete it is essential to have a trusted team of professionals to perform at your best. I was fortunate to have Niamh as my physiotherapist for over 13 years of my running career, keeping me injury free and ready to perform. After retirement from elite sport, I have continued to work with Niamh both as a private client and in a professional capacity. As an athletics coach and strength and conditioning coach Niamh is my recommended physiotherapist for athletes. We work closely together problem solving for athletes and Niamh communicates with me regularly, providing comprehensive handover for athletes in their return to training. Niamh is professional and approachable and has client wellbeing at the heart of her work.
