Yes, there is generally a wait of between 1-3 weeks for treatment. Your initial treatment will range between 45 minutes and 1 hour.
Follow up treatment sessions tend to be around 45 minutes, but if a longer time is required, there is no additional cost.
This will depend upon your diagnosis. Your physiotherapist will discuss this with you at your initial assessment and give you a guide as to how many treatments would be beneficial to you- we do NOT see you more than is necessary.
We treat all conditions relating to soft tissue, bones and joints. We try to specialise to injuries caused by participation in sports, post-operative cases and lifestyle activities i.e. walking, hiking, gym, yoga but everyone is welcome.
- We are registered with BUPA, AXA, Aviva, H3 & WPA. If you have insurance with these companies then you can access physiotherapy at this clinic. You will need to have confirmed the amount of sessions allocated directly with your insurance company and they will provide you with an authorisation number which you bring to the appointment. Please be aware of any excess on your policy as this will need to be paid at the clinic.
- Other policies such as Healthshield, Simply Health or similar allow you to claim back physiotherapy up to a certain amount. We can provide a receipt for you to send into them once you have paid at the session.
Payment is made after each consultation either by debit card or cash. If you are claiming through medical insurance, we can send the invoices directly to the insurance company. Your insurance details are required on your first visit.
