Terms & Conditions for Voucher Purchase and Use
- Gift vouchers are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.
- Gift Vouchers are available only in specific denominations:
- Price of a Physiotherapy Session £50 or £45
- Price of a Sports Massage £40
- Price of a Rehab Box £60 or £185
- Gift Vouchers can only be used in a single transaction; and cannot be exchanged for cash. No change or refund will be given.
- Vouchers are non -refundable except in the initial 14 days cancellation period as per the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
- Gift Vouchers may be used for goods or services of a higher value, on payment of the difference.
- Gift Vouchers will not be replaced when lost, damaged or stolen.
- Gift Vouchers will be subject to verification at time of presentation.
- Gift Voucher only valid at Your Rehab Physio or Niamh Maguire Physiotherapy based at Holywood Golf Club, 70 Nuns Walk, Demesne Road, Holywood, BT18 9LE
- In the event of any dispute, the decision of Niamh Maguire @ Your Rehab Physio is final.
- Your Rehab Physio reserves the right to amend these terms & conditions without prior notice
